Overview

The Lead Cleaner | Floor Tech is responsible for giving direction, motivation, and guidance to a team of cleaners. The floor technician may be responsible for cleaning and maintaining floors, including stripping, scrubbing, buffing, waxing, refinishing, sealing and spot cleaning. Also responsible for using safety measures in work areas.
The floor technician may be asked to assist with special projects within the account as needed. Willing to complete other duties as assigned.

Floor Technician and Janitorial Lead Experience. Must speak and understand English for safety reasons.

Location: 11025 Charter Oak Ranch Rd, Fountain, CO, 80817
Shift: 1:30pm-12:00am Weds-Sat OR 2:30pm-11:00pm Sun-Thurs
Payrate: $19-$20 Hourly

Basic Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Floor Technician and Janitorial Lead Experience
• No high school diploma, GED or college degree required

Preferred Qualifications:

• Customer service experience
• Floor Technician and Janitorial Lead Experience

Responsibilities:

• Completes assigned stripping, waxing, buffing, scrubbing, refinishing, sealing and spot cleaning of floors.
• Provide leadership and direction to team members
• Relay communication between team members, client, customers and management
• Report performance issues to the Supervisor
• Assist with the training of cleaning team
• Coordinate work assignments
• Assist with making daily and weekly work schedules
• Oversee and perform cleaning operations in assigned building
• Manage security of keys and access cards for the property
• Report work orders for maintenance
• Makes sure premises are secured at all times
• Work with Manager to schedule jobs with Property Manager and cleaning crew to complete the work
• Oversees quality of jobs and confirms completion with Manager
• Provide training to all new hires assigned to the building
• Check supplies, equipment, and chemicals weekly
• Complete order forms completely and accurately
• Coordinate equipment usage and inventories
